Glowli is designed to help users explore and understand art through AI-generated analysis. By uploading a painting or sculpture, the app produces textual interpretations and summaries. We value your privacy and aim to make clear how your data is treated while using the app. Reading this statement ensures you understand our practices before you engage with Glowli’s features.
Whenever you submit an image or text prompt, it is sent exclusively to our internal servers. These servers process your content solely to generate the artistic analysis you requested. No images or generated outputs leave our secure system, and at no point are they shared with external AI providers or third-party artificial intelligence services.
We also gather information automatically to keep the app running smoothly. This includes device details, system logs, crash reports, and usage data. The information collected helps us identify issues, improve performance, and maintain security, but it is never used for marketing, profiling, or sold to third parties.
No user images or prompts are shared with any external AI model providers or third-party AI services.
Images you upload may contain faces if they are part of the artwork. Glowli treats these images as a whole. We do not extract facial features, create templates, or perform biometric analysis. Your privacy is maintained: faces are not recognized, identities are not inferred, and any temporary data created during processing is deleted immediately after results are generated.
Our AI analysis operates entirely on Glowli’s internal infrastructure. Texts and images are processed only after you submit them, and only to provide the features you requested. We never send your content to outside AI models or third-party services.
Your data is used strictly to deliver the requested analysis. It is not used to train AI models, not for advertising, not for user profiling, and is never sold. Temporary processing data is erased promptly once the output is delivered.
Glowli does not sell, trade, or share user images, prompts, or generated analyses. We may use certain third-party providers for storage, cloud hosting, analytics, or crash reporting. These providers are bound by contract to maintain confidentiality, secure your data, and follow our instructions. They cannot access your images or generated outputs, nor use them for AI training, profiling, or advertising.
Information will only be shared in response to legal requirements or to prevent fraud and ensure security.
Data is retained only as necessary:
· Uploaded images are deleted immediately after analysis.
· Temporary processing data exists only for the duration of computation and is deleted after results are generated.
· Generated analysis is temporarily stored to allow you to view history within the app.
· Account information remains active while your account is in use and is deleted within 30 days after account closure.
· Usage analytics are retained for up to one year.
· Support communications are kept for up to six months for service improvement.

We prioritize keeping only the minimum necessary information to provide the app’s functionality.

Glowli is intended for users 17 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 17. Any such data discovered will be deleted promptly.
We may revise this Privacy Policy occasionally. Any changes will reflect the updated effective date. By continuing to use Glowli, you consent to our practices. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the application.
